Service nature

Our offering is a scheduled service. Return rights are handled through cancellation and rescheduling terms.

Rescheduling

Requests received at least 48 hours before a booking may be moved to the next available slot.

Cancellation and refunds

For cancellations made 72 hours before delivery, partial refund options may apply according to your service agreement and applicable New Zealand consumer law.

Delivered sessions

Once a session has been delivered, refunds are generally not available unless required by law.
